Each tool sends one anonymous "this finished" signal when you successfully export or download something — nothing else. No IP address, no session, no filename, no content, and no way to tie any count back to a person or a visit. It's a running total, not a log.
Your file itself never leaves your browser at any point — that hasn't changed. This is the one place on the site where anything at all is sent to a server, and it's a single anonymous number, not your work.
