Optional — connect this too if you also want entries from Kick chat, alongside or instead of Twitch. Kick entries are checked server-side rather than live in your browser, since Kick has no direct equivalent of Twitch's own real-time chat connection, so they can take a few seconds to appear.
Once you start accepting entries, this connects directly to your Twitch chat and watches for the exact keyword you've set — no manual copying of names, no separate bot account to set up, and nothing else in chat is read or stored. Typing the keyword more than once doesn't add extra entries; only having an active subscriber badge does, and only at the multiplier you choose. Picking a winner is a genuinely random draw from the full weighted pool — the little name-shuffle beforehand is just for effect, it happens after the real winner's already been chosen, not before.
No — this reads your own chat using your own Twitch connection, the same way every other Twitch-connected tool on this site works. No bot account to create, and nothing to manually mod into your own channel.
No — each viewer only ever gets one base entry, no matter how many times they type it. The only way to get more than one entry is the subscriber bonus, at whatever multiplier is set.
Entries already collected stay in the list — stopping just pauses new ones from being added. Use "Clear entries" if you actually want to start a fresh raffle from zero.
Yes — "Copy OBS embed link" gives you a link showing the live entry count and keyword reminder, switching automatically to the winner's name once one's picked.

Chat messages are read directly from Twitch to check for the keyword, but nothing is stored beyond the current entry list itself, which lives only in your browser unless you're using the OBS embed link — that one keeps a live entry count and the winner on the server so the overlay can stay in sync.
