FAQ
How does chat pick each guess?
Everyone spams whatever 5-letter word they think is worth trying — whichever real, valid word gets repeated the most within the round becomes the actual guess submitted to the board. Words that aren't real 5-letter words don't count, no matter how many times they're repeated.
What happens if no valid word gets enough votes?
If nothing real is being repeated by the time the round's timer runs out, that round simply passes without a guess being submitted — no tries get used up, and chat gets another shot at the next round.
How many guesses does chat get overall?
Six tries in total to find the word, same as standard Wordle rules — each submitted guess shows the usual colored feedback for which letters are right, misplaced, or not in the word at all.
Does chat guessing replace the on-site voting, or work alongside it?
Alongside — this page's own voting is always on, and Twitch/Kick chat voting are optional extras you can enable on top of it, so viewers already in chat don't need to open a separate tab.
How do I show this in OBS?
Copy the OBS browser source link from your dashboard and add it as a Browser Source in OBS (Sources → Add → Browser) — the board and live guess tally will then update directly in your scene.
